Working with a family business founded in 1878, combining tradition
with the most advanced
technology available, we have developed a superior flat wall system

Every wall is bespoke and made to measure containing components, which
are constantly being developed and improved.
With additional features, the walls can be designed to blend into the
surrounding’s to provide a fully integrated moveable wall system.

will achieve a sound stuation up to 54db R-w in situ.
Composition, Structure and Panel
Types
Flatwall 100 is constructed with a peripheral welded steel frame. Few
moving walls have this construction, which provides added strength and
extends the life of the panel system.
The aluminium ceiling track can be powder coated to match ceiling paint
finishes
With a 100mm panel thickness clad with 16mm E1/V20 high quality timber
cladding, anodised aluminium profiles with magnetic joints, Pressure
seals to the top and bottom with added supplementary seals
The
seal pressure is achieved through a double scissor mechanism operated
by a removable crank handle, and with only 3 turns to exert full pressure,
the wall is easily assembled.
With a choice of vertical profiles, either exposed profiles, which
enclose the edge of the cladding face and provide protection, alternatively
the Concealed profiles, which have no visible aluminium profiles when
the wall is closed.
Other edge fittings are available including rounded,
grooved or coloured edges.
